This piece entitled, "Letting go of Anger" represents the destructive side of grief where we hold onto the anger as it seeps into our lives and saps all our positive energy. The only way to move forward is to let that anger go. Even if you are anger at yourself or even at the loved one that died. Let it go. The red and orange colour scheme with spontaneous oil pastels marks represents this chaos of anger while the cool blue represents letting go of that anger one step at a time.
