Ichibay-Lines and Drawings

The most classical subjects of the Japanese tradition are presented in this book as a miscellany of studio drawings interpreted by Ichibay’s artistic flair, Three Tides Tokyo.

Flowers, warriors, dragons, animals and iconic figures like geishas, demons, ghosts all different in appearance or approach, are collected here by Ichibay as studies sketched in clean lines and pure shapes, at times conveying that sense of magical irony with which Japanese culture imbues the visual arts.

Real and imaginary animals such as cats, koi carp, foxes, frogs, Fudo, snakes, crabs, tigers, and spiders in countless different poses and movements, studied up close in detail and full length.
