Commercial grade stainless steel conical burrs with advanced cutting design ensure high precision grinding. The gear reduction motor grinds slow with reduced noise and minimal static build-up. The timer can be set to grind from 5 to 60 seconds, and pulse grinding is possible. Espresso ground on the Capresso Infinity is suitable for stovetop Moka pots, steam espresso makers, and pump espresso machines that use a pressurized (non-commercial) filter basket, such as the Capresso EC100 or the DeLonghi EC702.
