Ingredients:  Rosehip extract (Rosa canina L.) standardized to 75% vitamin C DER 10:1; rice starch; capsule ingredient: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; common nettle leaf extract (Urtica dioica L.) DER 20:1; beet root extract (Beta vulgaris L.) DER 10:1; cow's milk lactoferrin (milk); iron(II) bisglycinate (iron); zinc citrate (zinc); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid (folic acid); methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).

How to use:  2 capsules a day

— in the first half of the day, between meals or on an empty stomach.
