We have units that mend, wash and repair items to their best of their ability and we try to ensure that we send A grade quality productions to all our customers However; if complaints and issues do come up, please ensure that you have your box tracking numbers, and labels saved and separated as per shipments so we can track which unit the issues are from. There is also a 3 week timeline from the time a parcel has been delivered to lodge the complaints. Please cooperate on these so any issues can be solved in a timely manner. The additional charge that you are seeing on top of our unit costs is the shipping charge that fleek adds on based on their in app shipping calculator. As suppliers, we plug in weightage and number of units, and the shipping price per unit is added on which is then added on to your invoice. We have no control over shipping costs, and for any concerns regarding this, it is best to reach out to fleek customer support.
