This EVOO adds an oil and citrusy aromatics to your fish, salads, greens and even sweets. 

O-med, the producer, uses an uncommon technique: instead of blending the oil and the lemon peels in a post-press stage, they press the orange peels directly in the  press used for olives. By using this technique, the aromatics components of the lemon and the olives begin to fuse in an early phase of the production process, for a much more refined, round and delicate final product.
