This piece entitled, "Healing from the inside out" represents how healing starts with you embracing your feelings. Only through embracing and accepting all your emotions, can you truly move forward and learn to live with the grief and loss. Hope springs from this process. This process moves you from darkness to light as the colours move from dark colours to lighter ones layered on top of each other.
