SVBONY MK90 Maksutov-Cassegrain Telescope

The SVBONY MK90 Maksutov-Cassegrain is a compact yet highly capable 90mm telescope OTA designed for lunar, planetary, and terrestrial observation. Combining sharp long focal length optics with a durable metal body, it offers excellent contrast, portability, and easy compatibility with a wide range of mounts.

With its 90mm aperture and 1250mm focal length (f/13.9), the MK90 delivers crisp high-magnification views of the Moon, planets, bright deep-sky targets, and distant landscapes.

Advanced Maksutov Optical Design

Unlike Schmidt-Cassegrain designs, the MK90 uses a convex meniscus corrector lens which improves contrast by allowing a smaller secondary obstruction. This design also helps maintain optical alignment, removing the need for regular collimation and making it a superb low-maintenance telescope.

Sharp High-Contrast Views

The long focal ratio makes this telescope particularly well suited to Moon, planetary, double star, and wildlife observation. Expect excellent detail on lunar craters, Jupiter’s cloud bands, Saturn’s rings, and distant terrestrial subjects.

Portable Metal OTA Build
