Achieve Sharp, Coma-Free Stars Across the Field
The Baader MPCC Mark III is an advanced coma corrector for Newtonian telescopes, designed to eliminate coma and ensure sharpness across the entire field of view without changing your telescope’s focal length or image scale. Ideal for both visual and photographic applications, it performs exceptionally well down to f/3.5, providing pin-sharp stars from edge to edge.
The MPCC Mark III base element is ready for use with a DSLR and a standard T-ring, suitable for T-2 threads on most T-rings. For larger sensors, the T-2 thread can be removed, and the M48 thread provides a larger aperture, ensuring full illumination even for full-frame sensors. Compatible with Canon EOS T-rings with an optional M48 spacer ring.
The MPCC Mark III provides sharp, coma-free views for visual astronomers. The V-1 Set (2458403) includes all the necessary adapters for 1.25" eyepieces, and the VariLock extension tube allows for precise adjustments to achieve optimal focus.
