Harvested from hand-selected Angus cattle, with the USDA Prime tag, the meat packs incredible tenderness, flavor, and juiciness in every bite! If you’re unsure whether a strip or a filet is what you want, a T-bone might just do the job, as it combines the Filet Mignon and the New York Strip! Grilling and broiling work great with the T-bone cuts, and minimal seasoning usually does the trick! All our USDA Prime Beef is Dry Aged in house for a minimum of four weeks.
