As with our other vests, the tactical vest is characterised by a very high wearing comfort. We achieve this by the low weight of approx 1.8 kg (level 1) and this with a protected area of over 0.3 m². In comparison, other vests only offer a covered area of 0.1 – 0.2 m². Furthermore, the wearing comfort is significantly increased by the high flexibility of the stab-proof material. This means that the vest can be worn permanently without any restrictions – regardless of whether you are seated or highly active.

Description

Our tactical stab protection vest offers safety, comfort and lots of options for storing your equipment! The resistant and breathable outer material is provided with a total of 5 large pockets, Velcro for attaching individual patches and many loops for attaching equipment. As a special feature, this vest offers the option of using bulletproof inserts in the chest area. Inside is our proven stab protection material that protects you all around. As with all of our vests, almost the entire upper body is covered. However, this vest is deliberately kept shorter so that you can still carry your belt with equipment or the weapon holster comfortably. The combined weight of around 2.1 kg with a protected area of ​​over 0.3 m² is unique. 

To put on the universal size vest, it is pulled over your head. The vest is adjusted to the right size by a waist belt on the front. Then the vest is closed with large Velcro straps on the back. The protective areas of the front and back overlap, so that you are protected all around. Please ensure you have measured correctly as we cannot refund if you have not followed the guidelines and measurement requirements. Head circumference must be smaller than 60 cm

The technology used to make our stab protection vests and other stab-proof garments is innovative and unique throughout the world. After many years of intensive research, we have succeeded in manufacturing a textile composite that is safe, light and flexible at the same time. Our tactical stab-proof vest weighs only approx. 1.8kg, (level 1) for example. The protective layer is made of a high-strength aramid fabric to which a special plastic is inseparably applied. The combination of high strength fibres and the energy absorbing plastic create a material of which its specific properties even exceed those of stainless steel plates. 

The weight is approx. 4.5 times lower than that of a comparably thick stainless steel plate. We have taken the armadillo as a model to ensure flexibility and breath-ability. Just like this armoured mammal, we make use of an overlapping scaly structure. However, our scaly structure differs from that of other suppliers in that it is not possible to push it apart. This allows us to achieve a high degree of safety in combination with maximum flexibility.
