1. Boil 2000 liters of water.
2. Add 60g HK Milk Tea
3. Brew for 8 minutes.
4. Filter with cotton filter bag.

6. Tea can be served hot with evaporated milk and sugar, or cold with lemon and ice.
For a 12 oz serving, add 50g evaporated milk and 30g brown sugar
