This was made with organically grown apples and fermented at Oakenville Farm. Apple Cider vinegar is recognised for its benefits in assisting digestive issues, regulating high blood sugar and addressing skin conditions such as warts, acne and age spots. Contains the mother culture so will remain active during storage.

INGREDIENTS: Organic cider apples, water, raw sugar.

INSTRUCTIONS: Take 1 tsp with water in the morning or 30 minutes before meals or apply to skin with a cotton bud.

STORAGE: Store in a cool, dark place.
