The Diamond Flex Lok™ Anti-Fatigue Mat is a modular PVC mat, made up of tiles and bevelled ramps. The 25mm thick tiles offer sensational fatigue relief due to its unique “flex” design underneath, along with anti-slip properties in wet or dry areas. The permanent interlocking system ensures the mat will not come apart; no glue needed.

The 22mm holes allow for excellent drainage of liquids and debris. The mat is anti-slip rated R10 according to DIN51130 and BG-rule BGR181. Yellow bevelled ramps are available, eliminating trip hazards and allowing for easy access on to and off the mat surface.

The Diamond Flex Lok™ can be used as a standalone mat, butted up against a machine or workstation, or can be customized for large areas.

Cleaning tip:

Use a high-pressure hose (124 bar max.) with hot water (no greater than 70˚C max.), especially efficient to remove oils from the mat. The use of a mild soap, mild detergent or non-butyl degreaser is suggested for a better result.
