The chain strap is in excellent condition and the LV twist lock hardware is shiny and in great condition, with a faint scratch to the bottom of the L area upon close inspection (see photo) and otherwise only light wear, with the LV twist lock presenting very well overall. The interior is clean and in excellent condition.
