The Century Gold mattress replacement is an alternating pressure and low air loss surface designed for users who spend long periods in bed and need a mattress that maintains even support. It works with a control unit that manages all air pressure changes and airflow.
Through this unit, the 2-in-1 alternating pressure cycle shifts the body’s contact points to reduce long periods of pressure on the same areas, while the low air loss feature moves air through the surface to help manage heat and moisture during extended use.

The Century Gold mattress uses a 2-in-1 alternating pattern that inflates and deflates air cells in timed cycles. This pattern changes where the body makes contact to help limit long periods of pressure in one area. When the bed is raised, the mattress can receive added support through the connected control unit to reduce sinking.

This mattress works only when connected to the Century Gold control unit, which runs all air movements. The control unit manages alternating cycles, optional low air loss airflow, and firmness settings. As the air cells inflate and deflate, weight is distributed across 21 cells to maintain steady support.
Air-filled rails along the mattress edges create a raised boundary and can be lowered at the mid-section to assist with entry or exit. A CPR release valve at the head of the mattress allows rapid deflation when immediate access is required.

Each of the 21 air cells can be removed individually. This allows direct cleaning or replacement of a single cell without taking apart the entire mattress, supporting long-term maintenance.
On demand raised side rail for added patient safety
On demand true low air loss for moisture management
Cable management system keeps electrical cables off floor for caregiver and patient safety
Note: This product is the mattress only. The mattress will not function on its own and must be connected to the Century Gold control unit to operate its air and airflow features.
