This preparation combines Lion’s Mane fruiting body and mycelium, each processed using methods suited to their structure aiming to leave mycelium starches out of the final product.
The fruiting body is prepared using water and alcohol, while the mycelium is processed using alcohol only — allowing different components of the mushroom to be brought forward, without introducing grain-derived material.
As with all our products, we focus on what can be measured. Each batch is independently tested to quantify fungal beta-glucans, so you can compare products using a clear and consistent metric. Typical 3g of fungal beta glucans per 100g.
Grown, prepared, and bottled in Australia with no added starches or grain-based carriers.
