GUIDELINES FOR BEST OF BOSTON® TRADEMARK USE 

Congratulations on having been named a Best of Boston® 2025 winner! Along with the benefits of being selected a winner, Boston magazine hereby authorizes you to use its registered trademark – Best of Boston® – only in your own advertising, promotional materials, and press releases publicizing your selection. All other use of the trademark is prohibited.

All use of our trademark is subject to the following provisions:

1. The trademark must be clearly identified with the ® symbol immediately following the Best of Boston® award indication and it must always be accompanied by the name “Boston magazine”, Boston should be italicized.

2. The Best of Boston® trademark must be clearly attributed to only your winning category, the year of the award must be indicated, and it must be indicated that the award was given by Boston magazine.

3. If you wish to use the Boston magazine logo or the Best of Boston® Winner Stamp, please visit https://newskeepsake.com/pages/boston-magazine-best-of-boston to purchase and download the files. This artwork must not be modified in any way, including manipulation of the award year indicated upon it. If you require a Best of Boston® Winner Stamp for additional years won, please contact the Marketing Department for additional art files. We must insist that you follow these specific guidelines in order to preserve the integrity of this award and to increase its value to you and the other winners. In addition, Boston magazine reserves the right to use your name in its list of Best of Boston® award winners.
