Vegan mayonnaise is a plant-based alternative to traditional mayonnaise, offering the creamy taste of classic mayo without using any animal products. Our vegan mayonnaise is made using silken tofu as a base which is emsulfied with kasundi, apple cider vinegar and cold pressed sunflower oil. The flavour is enhanced with salt, black pepper powder and nutritional yeast.
Uses: Use as a spread for sandwiches, burgers, and wraps. Use it as a base for salad dressings, or salads for a creamy texture and tangy flavor. It can also be served as a dip for fries, vegetables, or chips, or used in recipes like vegan aioli or dip sauces.
