Replacement oak and cherry headboard and footboard set for the CostCare B357 Bariatric Width Convertible LTC Low Bed. Designed to attach to the bed frame using the bracket, mounting plate groove, black turn knob, and lock pin installation described in the B357 user manual.
Assembly Instructions
- Position the headboard so the mounting plates face the bed.
- Slide each mounting plate groove onto the vertical support of the headboard mounting bracket.
- Insert the lock pin through the mounting plate into the headboard to secure the headboard in place.
- Repeat the same process on the other mounting plate.
- Repeat the same procedure for footboard installation.
Important:
- Refer to the B357 user manual before installation.
- The mounting bracket is not included and should already be supplied with your bed frame
