Tasting Notes: A delicate and inviting bouquet that might as well be a charcuterie tray - orange blossom honey, fig jam, plum, warm rye bread, sweet prosciutto, leather, and just a kiss of orange candies and sweet oak. 

The palate is elegant and approachable, but still has a balance of its age. There’s a bit of Starry soda syrup, but also a kiss of mint and vanilla cream, striking a flavor somewhere between early batches of Kentucky Owl Rye and a barely legal rye. The biggest surprise on the palate is that it comes off sweeter than you’d expect on the front, while still having these perfumed, layered sweet spice, slightly tangerine-like notes in the back of the sip.

The oak begins to creep in more as it moves into the finish, surrounded by caramel, leather, Cointreau, and a touch of earthy chocolate and spice.
