Drosera venusta, commonly known as the Elegant Sundew, is a subtropical species from South Africa. Although officially described in 1987, some growers consider it synonymous with D. natalensis. It is a beginner-friendly carnivorous plant, adapting well to typical sundew care. Under intense light its leaves display a vibrant bright green with orange-red tentacles, while in lower light they take on a deeper green tone.
