We made it from 4 layers of skin-friendly, breathable cotton and filled it with cherry pits, closed in quilted pockets.

When you cover yourself with a duvet, your body gets a signal, which then tells the nervous system that it's time to switch to relaxation mode. Thanks to this mechanical process, the duvet puts us in a state of relaxation and regeneration of the whole organism. As a consequence, it allows you to fall asleep faster and feel better after waking up.

The therapeutic weight of the quilt is evenly distributed, and the pressure stimulates deep sensation and affects the autonomic nervous system - it helps to activate the parasympathetic (inhibitory) system, which is responsible for the state of rest and relaxation, and calm down the sympathetic (stimulating) system – responsible for the mobilization of the body.
