Exactly pre-weighed tablets for convenient and rapid preparation of Borate Buffered Saline solution (BBS).

BBS is commonly used for coating of ELISA plates and for blocking-enhancement of Western- or Southern blot membranes. The buffer can also be used as a sample diluent in biological studies and for various applications within biology and biochemistry in order to stabilize the pH value.

Prepared solution may be sterilized by filtration (0,22 µm) or autoclaving. Buffer solution has to be stored at +4 °C.
