Pinhook 2022 Flagship Rye Whiskey is a sassy Rye, which snaps fingers at you and boasts light pear, clove and honeycomb aromas in your face. The palate shakes its baked apple, black pepper and toffee flavors in front of your mouth, teasing you to take a sip. Made from a proprietary mash bill of 60 % Rye, 20% Corn, and 20% Malted Barley, it is bottled at 99 proof and distilled over two years. The expression creates a unique Rye with walnut and honeycomb aromas combined with banana and baked apple flavors.
