Our delicately smoked sprats are prepared according to a 100-year-old recipe from Riga with a hint of mustard seed in the rapeseed oil. The shavings for smoking are made artisanally on site out of 100% native black alder wood.

Our sprats come off local fishing boats only in winter, and are processed fresh without having been frozen.
