Brewing Recommendations:

For the full experience, brew Highland Coast as a strong tea. Use a small teapot (around 185ml or 6.25oz) with approximately 4 grams of tea (or 1 1/5 tablespoons of loose leaves). Heat the water to about 175°F—steaming but still comfortable to hold your hand above the steam.

Steep for 60-90 seconds to bring out the tea's bold and delicate flavors. You can re-steep the leaves up to three times, adjusting the steeping time slightly for each brew.
