Instead of letting this tangy, nutrient-rich discard go to waste, we fold it into our cookie dough to enhance flavor, add moisture, and reduce the need for excessive sugar. The result? A treat that’s genuinely lower in sugar without sacrificing texture or taste.

Each 70g cookie is rolled and frozen to lock in freshness, then baked medium rare—slightly crispy on the outside, irresistibly gooey at the center.
