This 1L tub of tallow has been made using 100% grass-fed beef fat. The fat is sourced from around the cow's internal organs such as the kidney and intestines known to butchers as 'inside fat' or Suet. The fat is then sorted, trimmed, and minced before being rendered, filtered, and jarred. This Beef fat is rich in several important nutrients, including vitamin A, vitamin D, and vitamin E. Not only does beef fat contain essential fatty acids, but studies have shown beef fat to also contain anti-inflammatory properties.
