How to Use: This is a concentrate meaning it must be put into at least 8 oz of liquid such as water or coffee. We recommend taking 30 drops in any hot or cold liquid, with or without food, any time of the day. 

Not only are they safe for both mother and child, they are essential for optimal health. Children under 5 will do well on 1/2 the normal dose. Over the age of 5, give them a full dose.

All animals also need the additional minerals that are missing from their diets. Please speak to your veterinarian about dosage.
