Glenfarclas has once again created a real holiday highlight for whisky enthusiasts with the Christmas Malt Edition. Every year the distillery brings an exclusive bottling onto the market that was distilled during the Christmas season. This special edition dates from December 2014 and was then matured in Oloroso sherry casks in the distillery's traditional barrel cellar.

Thanks to the maturation in Oloroso sherry casks, this single malt develops Christmas aromas that are reminiscent of festive delights. For the first time this year, the edition was bottled at a strong drinking strength of 50.0% ABV. Of course, the whisky remains natural - without colouring and without chill filtration. The edition is strictly limited and only includes 3,600 bottles, which makes it a sought-after collector's item. A real highlight for anyone who appreciates the art of whisky distilling.
