For expedited production of your order, we are pleased to offer the Rush My Order option. By selecting this service, your order will be prioritized and completed within a shorter timeframe of 4 weeks, as opposed to the standard 6-8 week turnaround time. Once your order is ready, it will be swiftly shipped to your designated address or made available for pick up at our showroom.

Please take note of the following terms and conditions associated with Rush Orders:

1. While we make every effort to fulfill rush orders within the 4-week timeframe, there may be unforeseen circumstances that could affect our ability to meet the deadline. In such cases, we will promptly notify our clients and provide updates. If we are unable to meet the deadline, we will refund the rush fee in full, and the original purchase will still be processed.

2. Once placed, Rush Orders cannot be canceled. They are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation.

3. Custom orders, including rush orders, are also considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.

4. Full payment is required for Rush Orders.

Upon receiving your order, we will promptly evaluate your request for a rush order. If, for any reason, we are unable to accommodate your request at the time of order placement, we will contact you to communicate the situation. You will then have the option to cancel the order if necessary before processing. If you do not receive any communication from us, please consider your rush order request accepted, and the aforementioned terms and conditions regarding Rush Service will apply.
