Your journey begins by crossing the Franklin River, followed by a walk through button grass plains and dense rainforest, culminating in the beautiful Lake Tahune, nestled below the towering 450 metre south east face of Frenchman''s Cap. The uphill walk to the summit is rewarded with spectacular views, making the effort well worthwhile.
