Saicho is a luxurious, non-alcoholic single origin sparkling tea.

Sourcing the finest single origin teas from around the world, hand picking the exact varietal, time of harvest, terroir and processing methods.

Each tea is cold brewed for 24 hours, to extract the most delicate and complex flavours. The result is a very different flavour cold brewing compared to hot brewing. It’s far more delicate, with enhanced aromatics and better-balanced astringency, creating a more complex flavour profile and mouthfeel which pairs perfectly with food.

This sparkling tea uses carefully selected Darjeeling tea grown in the foothills of the Himalayas, India. The pure mountain air and rich soil produce a unique muscatel-like tea during the summer when the flavour is most pronounced.
