Tomales Point 2021Golden Sour Beer Aged in Oak Barrels with Satsuma Mandarin Oranges Dry Hopped with Citra and Mandarina Bavaria Tomales Point was blended with a combination of eight month old mixed fermentation saison and eighteen month old oak barrel aged golden sour beer. Whole Satsuma Mandarin Oranges were then hand processed and incorporated into the blend before being allowed to further condition in oak for another fourteen months.
