The EXFIL® Carbon Helmet delivers lightweight impact protection, stability, and modularity for maritime, training, and non-ballistic tactical operations. Constructed from high-strength, lightweight carbon fiber, the shell provides exceptional durability while minimizing fatigue during extended wear.

Designed to exceed industry impact standards, the EXFIL® Carbon surpasses ACH blunt impact protection requirements (AR/PD10-02, 16 Dec 2013) with average impact forces below 72G across all impacts and temperatures, and meets BS EN 1385:2012 (Whitewater) shock absorption standards—making it well suited for maritime and dynamic operational environments.

Comfort and fit are delivered through the Team Wendy EXFIL® Carbon Air Fit Liner System, built with Zorbium® Foam Technology to absorb impact energy while allowing space for overhead communications headbands. The helmet is secured using the CAM FIT™ Retention System with BOA® Fit System, providing rapid, micro-adjustable fit through cam-lock sliders for enhanced stability during movement.

For mission adaptability, the EXFIL® Carbon features a lanyard-compatible Wilcox® W NVG shroud for secure night vision mounting, along with the EXFIL® Rail 3.0 accessory mounting system, which is 25% lighter than the previous Rail 2.0 and fully compatible with all EXFIL® accessories. Each helmet ships with two Magpul® MOE® 5-slot polymer Picatinny rails, mounting hardware, and a shock cord kit to stabilize mounted NVGs.
