This is a lovely 1940's day dress by Georgiana. Great for every day, casual, or even the office! Lightweight cotton fabric makes this perfect for warm weather, or for layering on a cooler day! How beautiful would this be with a hat and some gloves?

This dress is in very good to excellent vintage condition!!! I could find no major stains, holes, tears, or other issues. There is one small stain near the hem (see photo). The buttons are showing some wear and have some chips/are losing color; and two of the decorative buttons on the collar are missing. The last imperfection I found was a small repair on the front left of the dress, near the zipper (see photo). These issues are so minor, and do not affect the wearability or integrity of the dress. For an almost 80 year old dress, it's very minor!!

I did hand wash this dress in a delicate detergent, and line dried it outside, so it is ready to wear!

There is no fabric tag, but it feels to be 100% cotton. There is NO stretch to this dress, so please note measurements carefully.
