Meet Iris, she is an absolutely stunning and rare mid 1970s Laura Ashley made in wales cotton victoriana dream dress. This cut of Laura is actually a rare one, I've only came across a couple of these in the past. She has a beautiful fitted shape with gorgeous sleeves which have a slightly puffed shoulder, nipped in waist, full flowing skirt and high collar. I love the frill detailing on this one, with a frilled yoke with pintuck detailing, frill collar, frill cuffs and a frill finished hem. Her colour doesn't show well on photos, she has a deep indigo micro leaf print on an off white base, and in person she is divine.. I hope she finds the best home.

The Iris has been freshly laundered and is ready to wear. She can safely be washed at home on a cool setting. She is in good vintage condition, she has a few minor signs of wear. 

 This beauty has minimal signs of vintage wear, but please bear in mind that our pieces are true vintage, they’ve been danced in and they have been lived in, so all of our garments will carry your usual signs of vintage wear. Anything that we think is outside of what would class as usual vintage wear, we will state.
