These slides really stole my heart: the black satin has the perfect sheen, and the bow with crystal details is so ladylike and elegant. They were made in Italy in the 1980s by Salvatore Ferragamo who, from the outset of his career in the 1920s, really put Italy on the map as the world capital of leather accessories, and shoes in particular. I love the capped, slightly square toe, and the way the vamp slightly mimics this. They have a small stacked kitten heel, and are super comfortable to wear and walk in. The heel measures about 2" and they are a US size 8; I would say that they run slightly large.
