Lower panty is removable for easy cleaning. Tutu Panty pattern can be used with any classical tutu design. Classical tutu is built on a panty, just like any other classical tutu, but the lower panty is attached with buttons and buttonhole elastic to make it easily removable so it can be cleaned. These instructions are very detailed and include everything you need to make the tutu – basque patterning instructions, layer ruffling instructions, etc.
