SUPERIOR MATERIAL

An extremely advanced shaft material with a high yield point allows strong twisting of the drive shafts without plastic deformation. The strength is designed to be just under the strength of the differential output shaft. In this way, extreme torques of up to 1500 Nm (on the motor) can be absorbed and the rest of the drive train is protected. Twists of up to 90° are completely problem-free and even short-term twists of up to 360° are possible without breaking.

MASSIVE CV JOINTS

The particularly massive constant velocity joints not only impress with their extreme strength and low wear. Above all, they allow a large degree of entanglement. This is particularly important when drifting, because the rear wheels are usually close to or already in a fully compressed state and are therefore in a particularly large position difference to the differential. In addition, there is an increased torque load on the drive shafts, since the chassis can no longer absorb any torque when the springs are fully compressed.

The supplied press-in hubs with 30 toothing fit into the OEM wheel bearings of the S-chassis models.

MATERIAL TESTING IN SECONDS

An indicator strip on the shaft shows the plastic deformation of the shaft. If this shows a plastic deformation of the shaft of less than 90°, you can continue driving without hesitation.

NOTE: In order for you to get the correct drive shaft, we absolutely need the information on the flange hole circle of your currently installed differential. We also need the shaft dimension of your currently installed drive shafts (left and right) measured when installed! Please note the picture so that you can measure correctly.
