Comment: We have the conviction that the Xarel·lo is the variety best suited in our area. Its

farming from centuries at Penedès and climate change that affect us every day, it prove that

this variety is well adapted.

Wine made from different parcels, fermented and aged in oak barrel and amphora.

Vineyards :

. Federiquet:

Planted in 1956 of 0,25 ha, located in Les Gunyoles (Avinyonet del Penedès) within the Garraf

Massif. Calcareous clay land. This vineyard gives us good ripeness and complexity.

. Figuera: Planted in 1971 of 0,31ha, located in Les Gunyoles (Avinyonet del Penedès), next to

the winery. Calcareous clay land.

. Mas Rosell :

Vineyard planted in 1955 of 1 ha, is in Font-Rubí (under the influence of the pre-coastal

mountain range). Calcareous clay land. That gives us freshness, more acidity and less

graduation.

Elaboration: Manual harvest in box, making selection of the grapes at the vineyard. Cooled to

4 ° C for 24 h . Macerated with skins 2 weeks. Controlled fermentation at 18-20 °C.

Aging:

. 40% in Acacia barrel - brings citrus and white flowers, giving freshness

. 40% in Chesnut barrel

. 20% in Amphora
