Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is void upon resale, transfer of ownership, or use by another person. NOVA warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the following periods:

• Metal Frame: Limited Lifetime Warranty
• Hand Brake: 5-Year Limited Warranty (Plastic Handle & Cable)
• Non-Metal/Metal Parts: 1-Year Limited Warranty
  (Wheels, Wheel Brakes, Hand Grips, Rubber Tips, Cable Covers, and all other hardware & plastic parts)

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

• User negligence or misuse of the product
• Failure to follow product instructions
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Items subjected to abuse or modified without prior written authorization are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Service

For warranty service, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased your NOVA product. If the dealer does not provide satisfactory service, call NOVA directly at the number provided below.

• Nature of the defect
• Product serial number
• Name and location of purchase
• Proof of purchase (receipt)

Important: Do not return any products to NOVA without prior consent.

Limitations & Remedies

Repair or replacement is the sole remedy under this limited warranty. Labor or shipping costs related to replacement part installation or repair are not covered.

This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. NOVA shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
