Sheena & the Rokkets debuted in 1978 with the single "Tears on the Highway," and after transferring from Alpha Records to Victor in 1984, they had numerous releases across two prestigious labels, "Invitation" and "Speedster," and finally entered the 40th anniversary of their debut in 2018. Following the alpha best "Golden☆Best Sheena & The Rokkets EARLY ROKKETS 40+1" (released on 2/28 from Sony Music Direct / MHCL-30493), which summarizes their early activities, the "Speedster" label, including their latest album "ROCKET RIDE", and the "Invitation" label, to which they once belonged, have released a number of albums. The newest and strongest best album selected by Makoto Ayukawa from the songs of his former "Invitation" label including the latest album "ROCKET RIDE" will be released in the "Golden☆Best" series! Including 40 songs + 1 bonus track, 41 songs in total are recorded on 2 high-quality SHM-CDs. Also includes an interview with Makoto Ayukawa.
